Master Location

Overview:

       Master Master Location module allows you to access all location related records regardless of which module they were entered into.
From the Master Location module, you can view all related records for that location, alarm information, contacts/call outs and keep track of vacant history.

Location Details:

• Documents the actual location name and/or address.
• Alarm Information for the location.
• Ability to merge duplicate location records.
• Attachments - Floor plans or other electronic documentation.

Contacts:

• Documents Contact and Call out information for the location.

Phone Numbers:

• Documents available phone numbers for the location.

• Records all alarm activity for the location.
• Alarm information can be export to a CSV file to be imported into alarm billing software or other third party applications.

Vacant HistoryHistory:

• Records all vacant history, useful when residents request property checks while they are away from their home.
• Users can also generate vacant location reports.

Location HistoryHistory:

• From the left slide bar, you can access the history tab to view all related records for the location.
