Training Video Library

Overview:

Notes module allows users to submit narratives to the workload system for approval.
The Notes Module can be linked from any module but is mainly used for creating Supplemental Narratives and linking them as a related record to a Blotter,
Case etc. Once created the Note Module can be configured to use whatever workflow approval process your agency requires.

Notes Module:

Notes Overview

  • The notes Module is nothing more than an enhanced narrative that is found in other modules with the following added options.
Narratives can be created directly in the Notes module or created from other modules.
    • Related Records
    • Attachments
    • Workload
    • Additional Remarks data field.
