Order of Protection

Overview:

       Orders of Protection module allows you to document OOP that you receive from courts. Active OOP will alert users that an active OOP existing when accessing records other records in RMS 3, Impact VCAD and AMO. Orders of Protection will automatically expire after the Valid Through Date passes, if RMS 3 is configured to make those changes.

From the Overview page you can record the following:

  • Order of Protection Type - Family, Criminal etc.
  • Order Status - Active or Inactive
  • Valid From and To dates
  • Court and Judge Inforamtion
  • Order of Protection Specific information

Persons:

OOP Persons

  • Records the persons who are involved with this order and thier roles.

Activity:

OOP Activity

  • Allows the user to record separate narratives for this order and related it to a specific location for any related OOP activity.
