Prisoner Detention

Overview:

       Prisoner Detention Module allows a police agency to document when an individual was placed into detention. The module also documents, suicide screening, current medical issues and officer welfare checks of the detained person. A prisoner detention record can be created from the Prisoner Detention Module or from the Arrest Module.

Prisoner Module Overview:

• Overview tab gives you a quick reference on the status of the detainee including, most serious charge and prisoner location.

Medical Information:

• Allows agencies to document the current medical information of the detainee and created a related report.

Property Invoice:

• Property Invoice documents all the property that a detainee had in their possession and being held by the police agency until they are released.

TB Screening:

• TB screening documents all questions related TB and allows creating a related report.

---

Mental Health Referral:

• Documents information needed for a Mental Health Referral and creation of a related report.

---

Activity Log:

• Documents all welfare checks conducted on the detained person and who conducted the check.

---

Physical Condition Questionaire:

• Originally in the Arrest Module and just a printed report. The report has been added to the Prisoner Detention module with data input fields.
