Invoice
Overview:
Invoice module enables the user to document property related invoices. Invoices can be created directly from the invoice module or from a translation from the case or arrest module. Once an invoice entry is completed, the user can print out invoice related reports.
Invoices from other modules:
Screen capture illustrates the Create Invoice button that is available on case/arrest property. All property listed will translate into an invoice record.
Invoice Overview:
Invoice Overview documents the following for an invoice record.
- Property Status
- Invoicing Officer
- Claimant Information
Invoice Property
The screen capture shows property what property was translated over from another module or manually added by the end user.
Invoice Form:
- Invoice Form can be printed out by selecting Reports at the top of the screen and selecting Invoice Report.
- Invoices that were created from the Arrest Module will also include the arrested person on the Invoice form..
