Overview:
Master Master Personnel is where you will record all your department members personal and work-related information. The module allows the generation of work activity reports for a single member or the entire department.
Personnel Details:
Records name, rank and assignment information for the officer. officer.
Serial Number – MUST be unique for each user added to Master Personnel
Username – Must match the username the officer uses to log into RMS 3.
Default Assignment – Will assign that assignment in Roll Call
Remove from Search – Member will no longer show up in various search results for Personnel in RMS 3. Used when a member is no longer working for the police agency.
Miscellaneous:
- Records pedigree information on the department member and allows attaching a photograph of the officer to their Master Personnel record.
Additional Information:
Records additional employment information for the officer.
Enables assigning a supervisor(s) to monitor the officer’s workload
Captures and saves a digital signature for the officer.
Next of Kin:
Records emergency contact information for the officer.
Promotions:
Records all promotions the officer may receive.
Awards:
Documents all awards the officer has received
Education:
Documents all public and private education an individual has received
Injury/Compensation:
Documents all injuries and compensation claims an officer has incurred.

Uniform/Equipment:
Records all uniforms and equipment an officer receives
Firearms:
Records all department firearms issue and personal firearms if record by the department.
In-Service Training:
Records all In-Service Training and when members need to be recertified.
