Arrest

Overview:

The Arrest Module records an individual’s arrest information including DWI and AUO information.
The end user can also translate an arrest record into the Case module and the Prisoner Detention Module.

Arrest Overview

  • Arrest Overview tab provides a quick synopsis on who was arrested, where the arrest occurred and the person current release status.

Translate to Case Module:

  • If an arrest is translated from Blotter instead of a case, a user can take the arrest information that was entered and translate that into Case Record. Useful when you just want to arrest a person and release them quickly on an appearance ticket. Example of this type of an arrest is non-misdemeanor and felony arrests or city/town code violations. A case can be translated from the arrest/overview tab.

Translate to Prisoner Detention Module:

  • From Arrest/ person tab a user can translate the arrested person and arrest information into the Prisoner Detention Module.
