Overview:

  • Allow users to set up groups for easier management of setting up permissions and, sending notifications. Do not add the same user to multiple groups if using groups for permissions. Doing so may cause some conflicts to that user’s software access.

Group Editor:

Group Editor

  1. Select an existing group to manage.
  2. Add a new group.
  3. Save changes made to the group selected.
  4. Delete a group.
  5. User who or outside or can be added to a group.
  6. Users who are in the current group selected.
